About Us

The Auckland Beekeepers Club is a community based Incorporated Society that plays a prominent part in the local Auckland community in a variety of ways.

The club has a strong focus on teaching the art of beekeeping.

The monthly field days usually start with a practical “How to,” make or do something in regard to the hives, or a working bee to maintain the area around the site.

After lunch there is a lecture/and or discussions covering current “What to do now” in the apiary and other topics of interest, including guest speakers.  Weather permitting, there is usually a practical hands on in one of the clubs 6 hives.

Our club provides a wonderful venue for anyone interested in the Bee or the art of Beekeeping. If we can be of further assistance please contact us.
